Description

Vicki Estrada, former Steve Estrada, is a 56-year-old divorced male-to-female transexual, with two children. Vicki is coming into the hospital for genital reassignment surgery and breast augmentation. Vicki has been with her current girlfriend, Cristina, for four years. Jim Howley is a 33-year-old female-to-male transexual who has come to the hospital for a hysterectomy. Jim was slowly killing himself with drugs and alcohol before he was finally able to admit the truth to his family and accept his need to physically live life as a man.
