Description

The story of the Knights Templar, the medieval warrior monks who protected pilgrims heading for the Holy Land. Its adherents were declared devil-worshippers by Philip IV of France in 1307 and seemingly massacred by the Inquisition, though rumours persist of their survival as a secret order.
